1. Scope of Service Euro Speedline provides professional vehicle transport services for cars, motorcycles, SUVs, vans, and other motor vehicles across domestic and international destinations. By booking our services, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy. All transport services are performed by licensed and insured carriers or trusted transport partners. 2. Booking and Order Confirmation Customers must provide accurate vehicle and shipment details including vehicle type, pickup location, delivery location, and preferred transport dates. A shipment is confirmed only after order confirmation is issued by Euro Speedline. Euro Speedline reserves the right to accept or decline any transport request. 3. Vehicle Preparation Before pickup, customers must ensure the vehicle is properly prepared for transport: The vehicle must be clean for inspection. Fuel level should not exceed ¼ tank. All personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle. Alarm systems must be disabled. Any modifications, mechanical issues, or inoperable condition must be disclosed in advance. Failure to disclose vehicle condition may result in additional charges or cancellation of transport. 4. Pickup Process A vehicle inspection will be performed at the pickup location. The vehicle’s condition will be documented on a Bill of Lading / Inspection Report and signed by both the customer (or their representative) and the carrier. The signed document confirms the vehicle’s condition prior to transport. Customers are advised to take photographs of their vehicle before pickup. 5. Delivery Process Upon delivery, the vehicle will be inspected again. The customer or their representative must be present to sign the delivery inspection report. Any visible damage must be reported and documented on the delivery paperwork before signing. Failure to report damage at delivery may affect the ability to file a claim. 6. Estimated Pickup and Delivery Time Pickup and delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Transport schedules may be affected by: Weather conditions Traffic Mechanical issues Carrier scheduling Road restrictions or government regulations Euro Speedline will make every effort to meet estimated timelines but cannot guarantee exact dates. 7. Payment Terms A deposit may be required to schedule transport. The remaining balance may be payable before shipment or upon delivery depending on the agreed payment method. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. Failure to complete payment may delay delivery. 8. Insurance Coverage All vehicles transported through Euro Speedline are covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance during transit. However, the insurance does not cover: Personal items left inside the vehicle Pre-existing damage Mechanical failures unrelated to transport Damage caused by undisclosed vehicle issues Customers are encouraged to maintain their own vehicle insurance during transit. 9. Personal Belongings Euro Speedline does not recommend leaving personal items inside the vehicle during transport. If items are left in the vehicle: They are transported at the customer’s risk. Euro Speedline and the carrier are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. 10. Cancellation Policy Orders may be canceled before carrier assignment without penalty. If a carrier has already been assigned, cancellation fees may apply. Deposits may be partially refundable depending on the stage of shipment. 11. Liability and Claims In the rare event of vehicle damage during transport: Damage must be noted on the delivery inspection report. Customers must notify Euro Speedline within 48 hours of delivery. Claims will be processed according to the carrier’s insurance policy. 12. Accessibility of Pickup and Delivery Locations Transport trucks may not be able to access narrow streets, residential areas, or restricted zones. If access is limited: Customers may be asked to meet the carrier at a nearby safe location such as a parking lot or terminal. 13. Changes to Shipping Policy Euro Speedline reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
